據(jù)了解,由于國(guó)家鐵路相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)的迅速發(fā)展以及相關(guān)政策的陸續(xù)出臺(tái),我國(guó)在未來(lái)三年內(nèi)投資3.5多萬(wàn)億元對(duì)鐵路進(jìn)行基礎(chǔ)建設(shè)。在2009年,國(guó)家投資6000多億元在鐵路方面。在投資建設(shè)當(dāng)中,快速客運(yùn)網(wǎng)建設(shè)是其中的主要核心,因此受益大的方面是高速機(jī)車(chē)相關(guān)的加工技術(shù)與加工手段。
高速列車(chē)機(jī)車(chē)制造:主要是電動(dòng)機(jī)車(chē)和內(nèi)燃機(jī)的制造,以及轉(zhuǎn)向架、制動(dòng)系統(tǒng)等的加工,主要需要各種大中型立式和臥式加工中心、數(shù)控銑鏜床、數(shù)控立式車(chē)床、數(shù)控磨床及數(shù)控專(zhuān)用機(jī)床等。
高速列車(chē)車(chē)體和大型覆蓋件:主要需要大量板材加工設(shè)備,如數(shù)控壓力機(jī)、數(shù)控剪板機(jī)、數(shù)控折彎?rùn)C(jī)和鍛壓機(jī)。
動(dòng)輪和車(chē)輪及車(chē)軸的加工是高速列車(chē)車(chē)輪系統(tǒng)中主要部分,批量較大,多采用專(zhuān)用自動(dòng)生產(chǎn)線。車(chē)軸加工多采用由數(shù)控臥式車(chē)床和上下料機(jī)構(gòu)組成的自動(dòng)生產(chǎn)線;車(chē)輪加工多采用以數(shù)控立式車(chē)床組成、并帶有自動(dòng)上下料和翻轉(zhuǎn)機(jī)構(gòu)的自動(dòng)線。數(shù)控道岔銑床則是高速列車(chē)鐵軌接頭和道岔加工采用的途徑。
機(jī)務(wù)段加工車(chē)輪主要使用數(shù)控專(zhuān)用仿形車(chē)輪車(chē)床或數(shù)控不落輪對(duì)車(chē)床,數(shù)控車(chē)軸車(chē)床是加工車(chē)軸通常采用的方法。
